How It Works

It's as easy as 1,2,3

1. Create Your Doodle

Get a clean sheet of paper and create your best doodle.

Your art can be anything you can imagine
Use a black pen / pencil and a white paper when creating your art
Do not put any color to your work as we will be using the "doodle outline" for your hoodie
Please keep your work as neat as possible (no wrinkles) for best results.

2. Photograph Your Creation

Upload a well-lit photo of your doodle to place your order.

The photo you take is what we'll print on your hoodie. The foundation of a good hoodie is a good picture.
Make sure you have a good source of light. No flash is better to avoid glares. Scanned artwork is also accepted.
Make sure the photo is perfectly in focus, sharp and has good resolution. (at least 5MP)
Should the photo you upload doesn't meet our standard, we'll email you so you can provide us a better photo.

3. Submit Your Order

We'll send your personalized hoodie straight from HVN.

Each piece of the hoodie is printed, cut, and sewn so you're getting a full bleed, seam-to-seam design. There may be some alignment variation in the collar and sleeves.
Our hoodies run small so we recommend sizing up for room to grow. These items are unique, non-returnable and non-refundable. If you’re not sure about what size to order, please email us. We’ll do our best to work with you and answer any/all questions up front so that sizing isn’t a concern before you order.
Follow wash & care instructions closely, and turn garment inside-out to wash for longest last of the garment. (Machine wash cold, Tumble dry low, Iron medium heat, Do not dry clean, Do not bleach)

The Hoodles are made from lots of love and hard work. Each piece of artwork is carefully assessed and interpreted by our designers to deliver the best-looking outfit for your little angel. Then comes the actual printing, cutting, and sewing all handmade to order and done with care.

A good amount of love from HVN. Actually, we make use of premium, comfortable, and wear-resistant poly-spandex blend (95/5) fabric that includes certifications from Oeko-Tex Standard 100, SGS Printing, and FSC Packaging made from 100% recycled materials.

You can refer to the sizing chart which you can find on the actual product ordering section. Our hoodies run small so we recommend sizing up for room to grow. We offer free worldwide shipping on all items. All orders automatically receive a tracking URL/ID whenever available.

Once your order has been placed and all doodle and photo guidelines are met, please allow us 2-5 days to process your order where our designers assess and prepare design files, 3 days for production, and 4-10 days for delivery.
Turnaround times may change based on demand and may extend longer during peak holidays.

Every artwork created by a child is a masterpiece. There maybe times when your child isn't in a good mood to continue his/her obra maestra. Let your child take his/her time. But be sure to lend a helping hand if needed. Creating a drawing together with your child is an excellent family bonding experience.

The Hoodles are unique, non-returnable and non-refundable. Please follow our guidelines (size charts, doodle, photo) when placing your order. You may also check our Refund Policy page here.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized.

Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your cancellation request.

If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
