Refund Policy

***NO RETURNS DURING COVID -19 PANDEMIC **** Thank you for your understanding!

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. 


Please email: admin@madeinhvn.com with your refund claim.

Please keep in mind that around 3% - 5% of packages will get shipment problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, items not as described, wrong shipping/un-deliverable address, dishonest claims, lost by post office.

* To complete your refund/return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged along with a clear description of the problem, and preferred action: reshipment, refund or take credit.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

* For extremely long delivery times brought about by unforeseen circumstances, we can only process refunds if you still haven't gotten your package 10 weeks from your order date. Please note that refunds will not be given on packages that are refused or delayed due to unpaid customs taxes or duties, packages for which the customer has provided an incorrect address, or packages which have not been collected in time from the post office. Please double check address details carefully before submitting your order.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of items when they do not meet the conditions outlined above. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
