1. SHIPPING QUESTIONS

When will my order arrive?

See information below for estimated production and shipping time based on your location.

Once the order has been received, please allow 1-2 days for processing. We will email your tracking information on the day after the tracking information becomes available after we have shipped the order. 

Delivery times vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:
United States & United Kingdom | 7-14 business days
Australia & New Zealand | 7-14 business days
Canada | 7-18 business days
Europe | 7-18 business days
Central/South America | 10-25 business days
Asia & Rest of World | 10-25 business days

Turnaround times may change based on demand and may extend longer during peak holidays.

Delivery times to remote/rural areas may take longer than the estimated timeframe. 

If your order has not arrived within 10 weeks from dispatch you will be eligible for a full refund.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases.

Do you provide tracking?

All orders automatically receive a tracking ID/URL whenever available.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices on our website are what we charge for the product. You are responsible for any duties and taxes once the product reaches your country.

Most items under the value of $200 will not be subject to import tax but every country has its own tariffs and we advise checking the duty required if you are placing an order over $200 in value.   

Do you have expedited shipping?

Not at this time, but we are working on it in the near future.

I have multiple product orders, why is it that certain items shipped first?

In order to keep your costs low, products from different categories may be shipped separately and on different days. 

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions.  Please see our refund policy for more information.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide a return shipping service.

2. GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do I need to create an account before placing an order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Quick checkout process
  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized.

Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your cancellation request.

If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. 

Please note that any orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

I've chosen the wrong size. Can I return it?

Our products has a size guide (if applicable) in the description which is unique to that item, please check prior to making your purchase. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase.  Once your order has been processed, it can not be cancelled or replaced anymore.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address for future orders.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

You can only use one code at a time. Quite often we automatically apply free shipping as a additional discount that won't require a code.

What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

This can happen from time to time. Please e-mail the team at admin@madeinhvn.com together with the details of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sezzle payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
