When will my order arrive?

Once the order has been received, please allow 1-2 days for processing. We will email your tracking information on the day after the tracking information becomes available after we have shipped the order. 

Delivery times vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:
United States & United Kingdom| 7-14 business days
Australia & New Zealand | 7-14 business days
Canada | 7-18 business days
Europe | 7-18 business days
Central/South America | 15-25 business days
Asia & Rest of World | 15-25 business days

Turnaround times may change based on demand and may extend longer during peak holidays. While 2020 has proven to be a challenging year for most of us, this is also still seen in the ups and downs with logistical companies throughout the world. 

Delivery times to remote/rural areas may take longer than the estimated timeframe. 

If your order has not arrived within 10 weeks from dispatch you will be eligible for a full refund.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases.   

Do you provide tracking?

All orders automatically receive a tracking ID/URL whenever available.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices on our website are what we charge for the product. You are responsible for any duties and taxes once the product reaches your country.

Most items under the value of $200 will not be subject to import tax but every country has its own tariffs and we advise checking the duty required if you are placing an order over $200 in value.   

Do you have expedited shipping?

Not at this time, but we are working on it in the near future.

I have multiple product orders, why is it that certain items shipped first?

In order to keep your costs low, products from different categories may be shipped separately and on different days. 

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions.  Please see our refund policy for more information.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide a return shipping service.

One way of building this confidence early on is by helping them choose their own clothes to allow them figure out their likes and dislikes and an opportunity to express themselves. We made it our duty that each clothing we offer will make them feel confident and comfortable in all circumstances, look balanced, and will put a smile on everyone’s faces.

PROJECT EMPOWER

We believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. That is why we launched PROJECT EMPOWER. Our project shares the mission of Children International which aims to make a long-term impact by helping kids in poverty. We make a monthly commitment to sponsor a child in need for every 15 items sold on our store. Yes, this is a pledge until they graduate from high school and we are hopeful that they will be well-equipped in life when that time comes.
